Clarke Creek Pump Station (Design-Build)

The Clarke Creek Force Main and Gravity Sewer project was part of a 51.2 million progressive design-build pursuit for Charlotte Water in partnership with HDR. This project involved the installation of 21,816 linear feet of 16-inch force main, 5,218 linear feet of 18-inch gravity sewer, and 1,720 linear feet of 30-inch gravity sewer. This project had four bore and jacks totaling 658 feet, 2 of which were under Norfolk Southern Railroads and the other two under NCDOT roads. The 16” forcemain also crossed over the top of two high pressure Colonial Gas mains that was installed via open cut.
