Shelby Water Treatment Plant Upgrades
This was a high priority project for the City due to the amount of water wasted per day. State Utility constructed two new 2.5 million-gallon Clearwells along with a new High Service Pump Station and completed live tie-ins to transport the finished drinking water from the existing Water Plant infrastructure to the new Clearwells.
The Project scope consists of constructing two new clearwells, clearwell valve vault, new high service pump station, new generator, filter valve replacements, miscellaneous improvements to the main control building and repairs to the sedimentation basin.
